Privacy Focana Privacy Policy

This page explains what information we collect through the Focana website, email capture
flows, checkout-related pages, testimonial forms, and support forms, and how we use that
information.
What we collect
- Email addresses you submit through waitlists, newsletter forms, or checkout-start flows.
- Optional phone numbers you choose to provide in beta or waitlist forms.
- Survey responses, app feedback, and support information you send to us.

Written testimonials you submit, the Focana features you identify, your sharing
permission, and your preferred name attribution.
- Purchase and fulfillment information sent through Lemon Squeezy when you buy Focana.
- Basic analytics and page interaction data through Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and PostHog.
How we use it
- To deliver downloads, confirmations, receipts, and product access details.
- To manage waitlists, beta signups, email updates, and purchase follow-up.
- To understand how people find the site and which content or flows are working.
- To improve product onboarding, support, release communications, and site usability.

To review testimonial submissions, optionally check whether a supplied email matches
existing Focana access, and publish them only with the person’s permission.
Tools and service providers
We use Supabase to store submitted form data and operational records, Loops for email
marketing and contact creation, Lemon Squeezy for checkout and purchase webhooks, and
Vercel plus PostHog for site analytics and performance monitoring.
These providers may process information on our behalf to help us run the site, fulfill
purchases, send emails, and understand site performance.
Local storage and browser-side data
The site may use browser storage for limited UX needs such as remembering submitted email
capture state, reducing repeated modals, or preserving short-lived survey flow context.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit forms, and you can contact us to request deletion or updates
to information you previously provided through the website.
Marketing emails sent through our providers should include unsubscribe functionality when
applicable.
We use the email submitted with a testimonial to check for existing Focana access. An
unmatched email does not prevent submission, and providing one does not subscribe you to
marketing. You can ask us to update or stop using a testimonial, change its attribution,
or withdraw sharing permission by contacting us.
