Founder Story
Justin Franklin is the founder of Focana and NeurDi Labs. He built Focana after years of trying productivity tools that created more setup, more guilt, and more room to lose the thread.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 30 after college, grad school, and nearly a decade into my career. I showed flashes of what I was capable of, but mostly felt like a high-potential underperformer. That led me down a dark path of shame, guilt, and depression.
I tried every productivity tool I could find, but none of them stuck.
NeurDi Labs exists because I got tired of waiting for someone else to build what I needed and what we need. Focana is the flagship product from that mission: a calm desktop focus system designed specifically for neurodivergent brains.
